There are several ways to pair your account with your partner on the LoveTrack app. As a reminder, pairing your account gives you access to the full array of features offered and really helps you enjoy all the app has to offer!
Here’s how to get your accounts paired.
- If your partner hasn’t joined the app yet, they will be asked during onboarding for your pairing code. You can find your pairing code within your app under ‘My Relationship’ in the footer of the app. Once your partner inputs this code, it will pair your accounts!
- If you both already have LoveTrack accounts, either of you can retrieve your pairing code from the ‘My Relationship’ tab and you or your partner can input the other’s code on that same page. Only one of you needs to put the code in and it will pair the accounts.
Keep in mind after pairing your accounts, you may need to close and reopen the app for the changes to reflect!
