I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you forgot your password and need it to log in, please follow these steps.

  • Open the LoveTrack app and click ‘Sign In’
  • Click the link that says ‘Forgot your password?”
  • Input your email and follow the instructions you’re sent.

Please allow up to 10 minutes for the reset email to show up. If you don’t see the email after 10 minutes, please check your spam folder.
